Ever since Charlotte first lived in Paris back in 1990, she has been wondering why the well-known 'flødeboller' from Denmark is not available in Paris. So, now they are here!
Our mission with KYS is to create exquisite chocolates that will impress even the most discerning palates. Charlotte has an undeniable sense of taste and a passion for indulgent chocolates and other delicacies.
Our first store is located right in the very heart of Paris, where our chocolatiers devote all their creativity and skill to crafting first-class KYS.

What is a flødebolle
/ KYS / Bisou ?
KYS means two things in Danish: a kiss and a beloved chocolate treat.
With a high-quality chocolate coating, each bite of a KYS begins with a crisp that melts into a light, airy, and silky sweetness inside.
Freshly made daily in our café, your KYS can always surprise you with new flavors.
We pipe a light, sugar-based egg white mousse - like an uncooked meringue - on a base of delicious marzipan. Sometimes we add delicious flavors like raspberry and coffee.
Finally, we dip the deliciousness in the best Belgian chocolate and decorate with toppings according to taste.

In our cozy shop in Montorgueil, you will find everything you need to create "hygge" at your own place: candlelights, chandeliers, lamps, pillows, silk flowers, and many other items ideal to create the right ambience.
