We pipe a light, sugar-based egg white mousse - like an uncooked meringue - on a base of delicious marzipan.

Sometimes we add delicious flavors like raspberry and coffee.

Finally, we dip the deliciousness in the best Belgian chocolate and decorate with toppings according to taste.
